Alpha Sigma of Chi Psi, Inc. (“the Corporation”) is a 501(c)(7) corporation founded in 1928. The Corporation owns and maintains the Lodge and the property on which it sits, leases rooms to undergraduate members, and provides food services. The Corporation also coordinates its activities with the Town of Chapel Hill (including the Chapel Hill Fire Department), the Chapel Hill Historic District, the neighbors of the surrounding area, and Orange County.
