The Alpha Sigma Alumni Advisory Board is an incorporated 501(c)(7) entity founded in the late 1990s. The advisory board provides the following services:
- Mentorship for undergraduate officers
- Career advising for the actives
- Coordination of alumni events
- Communication with alumni
- Partnership with UNC Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life
- Partnership with the Chi Psi Central Office (Nashville, TN)
