Summer Enrichment Scholarship: Tammo Drenth ’29

Tammo Drenth ’29

This summer, I am studying MG103: Consumer Behavior at the London School of Economics (LSE) for three weeks. This class covers the behavioral and psychological fundamentals behind a consumer for marketing and management. I am excited to continue learning here at LSE and to combine academic concepts with applied research activities, such as interviews, field observations, and advertising analysis. Before starting at LSE, I completed a seven-week internship in the Netherlands with &CREW, which included time working at NL Real Estate and RED Company. Through this internship, I gained valuable experience in almost every sector of real estate, including project management, leasing, asset management, capital markets, and development. Thank you to the Alpha Sigma Foundation! Because of the Summer Enrichment Scholarship, I can take part in this valuable academic and international experience.

Tammo Drenth a prebusiness major and plans to minor in real estate. His hometown is Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and he attended Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh. This upcoming year, he will serve as the kitchen manager at The Lodge.
